Sorry for the Delay

This post is waaay past due, and I sincerely apologize
to those who follow my blog posts.
This semester of school has been quite difficult & then top that off with multiple jobs.
Let me quite with the excuses and get to the goods.
I want to start with sharing my very first time at a Renaissance festival, I had so much fun there and so did my family!

One of the first spectacles we got to enjoy was some good 'ole fashion sword fighting! That also led to some wrestling.

While stopping for food and shopping for crowns we were able to see Queen Elizabeth with her royal posse having a picnic. Which she expressed she wasn't really into.

After spotting a pub we decided to get some Guinness beers and luckily enough we were in time for the belly dancing show by the gypsies!
This woman was so wonderful she had everybody captivated.

To then satisfy our need for brute action we sat and cheered on Sir Marcus in the jousting division!

And much to our delight we were able to take photos of our champion afterwards

After watching all of that excitement we all decided to have some fun of our own...
I shot a chinese crossbow

My brother got one head in the bucket at the head toss

And as we walked around he decided he needed a Didgeridoo

Which he was very good at...surprisingly

This was a weekend I was needing.

Second Round

am really obsessed with documenting my husband's
side piece.
This is his second round at it, and he was told that he still needs two more sessions for it to be fully completed.
This is round two.

An Intro to Laci

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with
the very sweet and beautiful Laci this weekend.

I learned a lot from this shoot, and I am thankful for that.

The Cutest of the Cuteness

I really wanted to share the moments I captured after I got to spend the weekend with my longest best-friend, who also runs a mommy blog based on her life as a military mom of 3.
I was luckily able to kidnap her for two weekends which we spent catching up, reminiscing, and making new memories.
She has three adorable kids- a 6yo, a 2yo, and a 1yo. and while she was away her husband was at home watching Mickey Mouse's Clubhouse & Yo Gabba Gabba doing the best he could. Thankfully for him he only had to be responsible for 2 while the oldest was with an aunt.
These photos are what we came back to

Melissa had to cut Addison's hair because bits were dreaded beyond return.
This is their youngest, Jackson, an adorable ginger baby.

She decided to paint her toenails and give herself some good ole fashion tattoos while daddy wasn't looking

I love the feel of this photograph of little Addison in the bath.

I definitely left there with the strongest of baby fever.
It will have to wait.
